By accessing or using Industrial Hardwares(the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is intended for business and professional use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use it. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• OEM / vendor accounts may list products and respond to leads, subject to verification and these Terms.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

Industrial Hardwares is a listing and lead-generation platform that connects buyers with OEMs and vendors of industrial hardware. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. Quotes, pricing, availability, delivery and after-sales support are agreed directly between you and the relevant OEM or vendor. We do not guarantee that any quote will result in a sale.

• OEMs and vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their listings, specifications and pricing.
• By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
• We may review, moderate, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

When you submit a quote or custom-solution request, you consent to your details being shared with the relevant OEM or vendor so they can respond. You agree to provide accurate information and to use leads only for legitimate business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Post false, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without authorisation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
• Misuse leads or contact details for spam or unsolicited marketing.

The Platform, including its design, logo, text and software, is owned by Industrial Hardwares or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute it without our permission. Vendor trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that product information, specifications, or listings are accurate, complete, or current, and we are not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of any hardware listed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Industrial Hardwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any transaction with an OEM or vendor.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Industrial Hardwares and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reasonable cause. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
